Stephen N. Dratch has practiced since 1973 in all trial, chancery, criminal, and appellate forums. He has expertise in the areas of corporate deadlock situations and has developed a nationwide reputation in casino and gaming related litigation. Mr. Dratch served as Legislative Aide to New Jersey Sate Senator Marin L. Greenberg (1973-74). While in Law School, he was a research assistant to then professor and now United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Mr. Dratch is counsel of record in more than 40 published opinions of state and federal trial and appellate courts. Furthermore, he has handled numerous labor related matters representing Unions Local 1099J and ocale 262 of the Retail Clerks, and its members in arbitrations and before the NLRB. In addition, Mr. Dratch has represented employees with regards to discrimination and wrongful discharge.
